College of Business Administration (COBA)

COBA is the largest college at ASU with a student body of over 1,000 students. It comprises six main departments. These are: Accounting and Finance, Management, Management Information Systems, Records and Archives Management, Team Entrepreneurship and Arts and Humanities.

College Of Engineering (COE)

It is a great privilege for me to be able to welcome you to the College of Engineering at A’Sharqiyah University. There are many exciting activities taking place in the College. We are educating the engineering and technology leaders of tomorrow. We are continuously reviewing our curriculum to maintain its relevance to engineering practice.

College of Applied and Health Sciences (CAHS)

The College of Applied and Health Sciences will provide a range of programs that will link teaching and research and will develop a generation of Omani graduates committed to entrepreneurship, innovation and scholarship, for the benefit for the economic and social benefit of society.

College of Arts and Humanities (COAH)

College of Arts and Humanities aims to provide specialized skills through advanced learning and teaching methods, research and scholarly activities for community development with fundamental values.

College of Law (COL)

The College’s vision and mission, in line with and ultimate goal isto produce a generation familiar with the laws, capable of analyzing its texts and able to compete in the available legal functions.

Center for Language and Foundation Studies (CLFS)

The Center for Language and Foundation Studies (CLFS) at A’Sharqiyah University is responsible for the General Foundation Program (GFP) which new intakes of students have to pass and for all the English language courses students need to take as part of their degree study plans in the different colleges of the University.

Center for Professional Development and Continuous learning

This center is the university’s arm to equip the local community with the employment and leadership skills as well as literacy skills in English. Also, this center utilizes the academic and practical experiences of the faculty members (and sometimes other experts).
